3X TATRA 603 & 805 Fuel Pump Diaphragm / Petrol Pump Membrane Set

The Gasket Genius fuel pump diaphragm set (3x) fits Tatra 603 and 805 mechanical fuel pumps. The diaphragm is the flexible membrane that flexes back and forth inside the pump body, drawn by the lift arm riding on an engine cam lobe, drawing fuel in on one stroke and pushing it out toward the carburettor on the next. As rubber like this ages, the diaphragm can perish, crack, or lose its flexibility, letting fuel leak internally or reducing the pump’s ability to draw fuel through, which shows up as weak fuel delivery, hard starting, or fuel leaking from the pump body. Fitting a fresh set of diaphragms restores correct pumping action and fuel delivery to the carburettor.
