Original Stihl gasket set fits Stihl MS362 and MS362C chainsaws, resealing the key engine joints including the crankcase, cylinder, intake and exhaust interfaces. These gaskets keep the engine airtight and leak-free across the points most commonly disturbed during a service or rebuild — preventing air leaks that affect idle stability and compression, and stopping fuel, oil or exhaust from escaping at their respective joints. As these gaskets age, harden or compress, they lose their seal, which can show up as rough or unstable idle, loss of power, hard starting or exhaust leaking at the muffler. Fitting this set during a top-end refresh, crankcase reseal or engine rebuild covers all of these joints in one go.
