Original Honda carburettor gasket fits Honda G100 engines, generators, lawnmowers. This gasket seals the joint between the carburettor and the intake manifold, keeping the incoming air-fuel mixture contained on its way to the cylinder. When it hardens, compresses or develops a crack, the seal at this joint breaks down and unmetered air enters the intake tract, disrupting the air-fuel ratio. The result is usually a rough or unstable idle, hesitation when opening the throttle or the engine becoming harder to start.
