PATRIOT BP 41 Chainsaw Air Filter / Cleaner

Air filter / cleaner fits Patriot BP 41 and many other chainsaws. Positioned ahead of the carburettor, the air filter traps dust, wood chips and debris before they reach the engine, while letting clean air through for combustion. As the filter media clogs with use, airflow to the carburettor is restricted, pulling the fuel-air mixture rich and causing reduced power, rough running, higher fuel consumption or hard starting. Fitting a new air filter restores correct airflow to the carburettor, allowing the engine to draw the correct air-fuel ratio again.
