2X TATRA 603 & 805 Carburettor Pump Enrichment Diaphragm Membrane Set

The Gasket Genius carburettor enrichment pump diaphragm set (2x) fits Tatra 603 and 805 carburettors. The enrichment pump diaphragm flexes with changes in manifold vacuum as the throttle is opened quickly, momentarily pushing an extra shot of fuel into the carburettor’s throat to prevent the engine hesitating or leaning out during rapid acceleration. Once these diaphragms perish, stiffen or split with age, that acceleration shot weakens or stops altogether, and the engine can develop a flat spot or hesitation on hard acceleration, even though it may run fine at a steady throttle. Fitting a fresh diaphragm set restores the pump’s acceleration enrichment.
