OLEO-MAC GSH 400 Chainsaw Ignition Coil Module

Ignition coil module fits Oleo-Mac GSH400 and many other chainsaws. The ignition coil sits close to the flywheel, sensing the passing magnets and building up a high-voltage pulse that it fires through the HT lead to the spark plug at the precise point in the engine’s rotation needed to ignite the fuel-air mixture. As the coil ages, its internal windings can break down or its air gap to the flywheel can drift out of spec, leading to a weak spark, intermittent misfiring, or a complete loss of spark and a no-start condition. Fitting a replacement ignition coil module restores a strong, correctly timed spark.
