PATRIOT BP 41 Chainsaw Bar Plate / Washer

Guide bar plate / washer fits Patriot BP 41 and many other chainsaws. The bar plate/washer sits against the guide bar at the mounting point, spreading clamping force evenly across the bar’s slot when the guide bar nuts are tightened, and helping keep the bar seated flat against the sprocket cover. When the plate bends, wears thin, or its edges round off, clamping force is no longer spread evenly, which can leave the guide bar sitting slightly loose or misaligned even when the nuts are tight. Fitting a replacement restores even clamping across the guide bar mount.
