SCHEPPACH CSP2540 Chainsaw 3/8 Clutch Drum Kit & Needle Bearing

3/8 clutch drum kit fits Scheppach CSP2540 and many other 25cc chainsaws. The clutch drum is the outer shell of the centrifugal clutch assembly that the clutch shoes engage to drive the sprocket and cutting chain at higher engine speeds. This is the 3/8 pitch variant — the drum sprocket pitch must match the guide bar and cutting chain fitted to the saw. A worn or grooved clutch drum causes the chain to creep at idle, slip under load, or fail to stop cleanly when the throttle is released.
