SCHEPPACH CSP2540 Chainsaw Exhaust Muffler Kit

Exhaust muffler kit fits Scheppach CSP2540 and many other 25cc chainsaws. The muffler bolts to the cylinder’s exhaust port, containing and directing the hot exhaust gases leaving the engine while maintaining the exhaust backpressure the two-stroke engine relies on for proper scavenging. When a muffler develops rust holes, cracked seams, or a loose baffle, it can leak exhaust gases, run louder than normal, or lose the backpressure needed for correct engine performance. Fitting a replacement muffler kit restores proper exhaust containment and correct backpressure.
