ECHO CS-310 CS-352 ES Chainsaw Catalytic Exhaust Muffler & Gasket

Catalytic exhaust muffler and gasket fits Echo CS-310 and CS-352 (ES) chainsaws. The catalytic muffler houses a catalyst element that reduces exhaust emissions as gases pass through it, and bolts to the engine with a gasket sealing the joint against exhaust leakage. When the muffler corrodes, its internal catalyst breaks down, or the gasket hardens and no longer seals, the result can be reduced power, unusual exhaust noise, or exhaust gas escaping at the mounting joint. Fitting a replacement muffler and gasket restores correct exhaust flow and a proper seal at the muffler joint.
