OLEO-MAC GSH 400 Chainsaw Air Filter Top Cover & Knob

Air filter top cover and knob fits Oleo-Mac GSH400 and many other chainsaws. The top cover sits over the air filter element, sealing it in place and shielding it from dirt and knocks, while the retaining knob lets the cover be undone by hand for quick access when cleaning or replacing the air filter. If the cover becomes cracked or the knob strips or stops threading properly, the cover may no longer seat or close securely — leaving the air filter more exposed to dirt, or making it awkward to remove for routine cleaning. Fitting a replacement restores a secure, easily removable cover over the air filter.
