OLEO-MAC GSH 400 Chainsaw Exhaust Muffler Kit

Exhaust muffler kit fits Oleo-Mac GSH400 and many other chainsaws. The muffler bolts to the cylinder’s exhaust port, containing and directing the hot exhaust gases leaving the engine while maintaining the exhaust backpressure the two-stroke engine relies on for proper scavenging. When a muffler develops rust holes, cracked seams, or a loose baffle, it can leak exhaust gases, run louder than normal, or lose the backpressure needed for correct engine performance. Fitting a replacement muffler kit restores proper exhaust containment and correct backpressure.
